REQUEST A QUOTE
Tell us what the part does, what is not working today, and what success needs to look like. A complete file is helpful, but it is not the only way to begin.
Part function
Explain what the component does and what failure or delay is costing the operation.
Source material
STEP or STP is preferred when editable solid geometry exists. STL, drawings, PDFs, photographs, sketches, measurements, or physical samples may also help.
Requirements
Include quantity, target date, loads, interfaces, temperature, chemicals, wear, finish, inspection, and any critical dimensions.
Known constraints
Share current cost, lead-time, sourcing, design, or machine-interface problems when that context can be disclosed.
1. Completeness review
The request is checked for the information needed to understand function, geometry, timing, and risk.
2. Clarification and recommendation
Missing inputs are discussed. Process and material suitability are reviewed, including reasons additive may not be appropriate.
3. Project-specific scope
A responsible quotation and schedule can follow once the production route, deliverables, assumptions, and open risks are clear.
Can I begin without CAD?
Yes. A sample, drawing, sketch, photographs, and key dimensions can start the discussion. The complexity of reverse engineering depends on the part.
Can I request one part?
Single-part and prototype opportunities can be reviewed. Suitability and economics remain project-dependent.
What affects price?
Geometry, size, material, quantity, model condition, design work, finishing, inspection, packaging, and application risk.
What affects schedule?
Completeness of information, model readiness, review and approval cycles, process and material availability, quantity, finishing, inspection, and production loading.
